Lai Seung payment? Chinese steamed egg custard for dessert?
In China, they have great restaurants sell random Chinese desserts and one of my favorites ever is this thing called "pay Seung lai" in Cantonese, and serve hot or cold, as the steam cooked egg / milk custard friggin white and super soft. Also is very creamy. I think to make use of the U-cream instead of milk or SUMTHING but usually when steamed and eggs are beaten into the cream with sugar or SUMTHING .. neone heard? Or better yet, have the recipe?
